What this site is

Statistical estimates about football matches. Information and entertainment. Not betting advice, not financial advice, and not a tipping service: no probability here should be read as a recommendation to place any bet. We take no bets and have no commercial relationship with any gambling operator.

No guarantee

Every number is an estimate produced by a model, and models are wrong. We do not claim to beat the market. Past results do not indicate future results.

The AI desk

The desk is an AI system. Its answers are generated by an AI model from the football data behind this site, and they can be wrong or out of date: check anything that matters. It answers questions about sport only, gives no betting advice, and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Free questions are limited each day. We may change the limit, and we may close the desk to anyone who abuses it. Do not send abusive, unlawful or personal content, and do not use scripts or other automated means to query it.

Accounts

You need no account to use the site or its free questions. An account is for buying and managing a pass. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; keep that email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in. You agree to these terms when you ask for a sign-in link, with the box on the sign-in page. One account per person. You can download your data, change your email, sign out on every device or delete the account at any time on the Account page.

Passes and question packs

These terms apply to the pass and to question packs, together with the rest of this page.

• What you get. A 30-day pass gives 300 questions to the AI desk, to use whenever you like within 30 days; a 7-day pass gives 70 questions within 7 days. Either also gives the AI match analysis of the matches you ask for while it runs. A pack only adds questions — 50 or 100 — to the pass that is running, to use until that pass ends; it adds no days. Questions left when a pass ends end with it. Everything else on the site stays free, and so do the 3 free questions a day; they do not include the AI match analysis.
• What uses a pass. A question you ask that gets an answer, and every AI match analysis you ask for: a match’s analysis (its preview and its review) uses about as much of the pass’s allowance as seven or eight questions, and a live read you ask for during a match about as much as two or three. If the desk cannot answer, the question is given back. The match-day brief and the AI’s live reads sent by themselves are on us: they use none of a pass’s questions or its allowance.
• Fair use. A safety limit of 40 questions a day applies, and the AI match analysis opens for up to 15 new matches a day. Each pass and pack has one allowance for what its answers and the analyses you ask for cost us. At a typical answer’s cost a 30-day pass’s allowance covers its 300 questions and about 28 analyses, and a 7-day pass’s its 70 questions and about 9; each analysis beyond that leaves about seven or eight fewer questions, and very long answers use it faster. When it is used, the desk stops that purchase and says so; you can add a pack, or ask us for a refund of the questions you could not use.
• Who can buy. Adults aged 18 or over, in the UK or abroad.
• Price. The price is shown on the Account page before you pay, plus VAT for the country you live in (in the UK, 20%, and the UK total is shown there too). Whop, our payment provider, adds the VAT at its checkout, shows your exact total before you pay, collects the VAT and pays it to the tax authorities. A refund includes the VAT share. You pay once, on the secure checkout of Whop, our payment provider. Whop takes the payment as merchant of record, so its checkout terms apply to the payment itself; these terms apply to the pass, the packs and the desk.
• It does not renew. Nothing more is taken. We email you 3 days before a pass ends; to keep asking you buy another. A pass bought while one is running starts when that one ends.
• Receipts. We email a receipt for every payment, and every payment is listed on the Account page.
• If something is wrong. The desk must be provided with reasonable care and skill and match its description. If it does not, tell us and we will put it right or refund a fair part of the price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Suspension. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the desk or uses it by automated means. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the pass.

Your 14 days to change your mind

You can cancel a pass or a pack within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Because you ask for it to start at once, we refund its unused share only: the payment less the share of it you used, which is the share of its questions you asked or, if larger, the share of its allowance spent on the AI match analyses you asked for (the Account page shows the exact amount before you confirm; a pass bought on top of another, or a pack not yet touched, has used none), to the card you paid with, straight away through Whop and in any case within 14 days of your telling us. Your responsibility

You must be 18 or over to use this site. Any bet you place is your decision alone and at your own risk.

Fair use

You may read, link to and quote the site with credit. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it, or resell its content without our written permission.

Our liability

The free site and its free questions are provided as they are. We are not liable for losses from relying on its content, including betting losses. For a pass, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Content

Text, models and design are ours. Fixture data and results are facts, and we claim no affiliation with any club, league or rights-holder. Names and crests belong to their owners and are used to identify them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the new terms apply from then. A pass you have already bought keeps the terms it was sold on.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections your own country’s law gives you.
