Your account or a payment
Write from the email you used to buy, so we can find your purchase. Changed your mind? Within 14 days of buying a pass or a pack, tell us and we cancel it and refund you, less the share of it you used (questions asked, or AI match analyses you asked for, whichever is more). The full rules are in the Terms.
Your data
Ask for a copy of your personal data, a correction, an objection, or to delete your account; write from the email you use with us. We answer within one month. How we use your data is on the Privacy page.
A prediction or a result looks wrong
Tell us the match and what looks wrong. A wrong score, name or date is a fault, and we fix it. A prediction is never changed after kick-off: that is what makes the record worth checking.
Worried about gambling
